GTC Taxis agree to carry you and your luggage on journey permitted by your booked vehicle.
On and subject to these General Conditions of Carriage and any Special Conditions applicable
to your Booking request. Any luggage will be the responsibility of the passenger at all times,
it is not the responsibility of the driver to carry your luggage as we are a transport service only.
Selection of Vehicle Type
Please consider you must be able to fit your bags into the boot
space of the vehicle, including handles, pockets and wheels
any wheeled bags are considered large luggage
Additional Charges may be applied if any luggage is to be carried on seats.
Carriage Of Children & Young Persons
GTC Guildford Taxis agree to cary young children, like any public transport service, children are able to
travel without child / booster seats, how ever personal child / boosters are optional and permitted by GTC Guildford Taxis. Unfortunately we do not provide child / booster seats due to healthy safety reasons.
Liability
We have no liability for circumstances beyond our control
GTC Guildford Taxi Services shall have no liability for any delay or failure to carry you or for breach of contract,
where caused by a circumstance beyond our reasonable control. The following shall be considered to be circumstances beyond our reasonable control: War or threat of War, accidents causing delays on the service route, exceptional severe weather conditions, fire and/or damage a station, compliance with requests of the police, customs or other government officials and security services, deaths and accidents on the road, vandalism , unforeseen traffic delays, strike/industrial action, riot or local disturbance or unrest, problems caused by other customers, bankruptcy , insolvency or cessation of trade of any carrier used by us and other circumstances affecting passenger / driver safety.
Cancellation
Cancellation by passengers with less than 6 hours notice or no-show: will incur 100% charge
at all other times 10% Charge will be applied
